Refund Policy

Backin' Music supplies digital audio products for immediate download.

When purchasing downloadable digital content, you may have a statutory 14-day right to cancel. However, if you expressly consent to receiving the digital content immediately and acknowledge that your right to cancel will be lost once the download begins, your cancellation right ends when supply of the digital content starts.

This does not affect your statutory rights where digital content is faulty, not as described, or otherwise does not conform to the contract.

If you experience a problem with a download or believe you have purchased the wrong product, please contact us at info@backinmusic.com and we will do our best to help.

Where a refund is due, it will be returned to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for an approved refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
